It well-situated close to Dingxi MRT, just a short trip from the centre of Taipei. The manager Annie is a nice lady. It is I guess best to be a dog-lover if you want to stay here - the two dogs do sometimes crap on the floor of the building outside the hostel proper, but to be honest I do not mind it so much. I guess staying at Amigo Hostel is roughing it to an extent, but it's nice enough.

The hostel has had better days. Today it is a quite difficult place to stay in, not very clean and quite uncomfortable. Someone who looks for some clean rooms should definitely look for another place. The location is ok, it is quite close to the center.

I like that it is close to the National Taiwan University and the Hostel is very close to a train station which was very helpful but the internet wasn't working and didn't get fixed in the four nights that I was there which was very inconvenient. However, the price was good and manager was nice.
