Huge big common area with really great kitchen for self catering. Really nice staff. Biggest highlight is the location. Awesome spot. Beware though Hostel Bookers has the address and map wrong on their website and you will get lost if you follow it.

Really friendly staff, which is ready to help 24 h a day; cool guests - I met only young people there; perfect location - just in the center of Barcelona, close to many interesting places and not far from the sea at the same time

It's in a very nice area of Barcelona and it's a beautiful place. It was kind of calm, though, but the whole city itself is so exciting and lively that it's fine to have a quiet place to be when you want to sleep.
