The price for double/twin room (100 EUR/ night) is too high for this level of servise. The room was very small, with old furniture, carpet and WC. WC was not clean. The walls and seiling were renovated approximately 50 years ago. It is a shame to manage like this with such an antique house. I do not advise to stay there. | |

The way the guy behind the desk told me when I asked to borrow a pen before checking out that he didn't have a pen and I'd have to "go outside for that", the dodgy guy on the street the previous night asking guests on their way in to let him in via the back door because he 'had a problem with the guy inside', the airless, godforsaken dungeon room, no hot water for showers, the terrible musty smell, etc etc | |

They sent us the first night to another hotel arguing they had a "leakage problem" in our room, obviously the hotel was overbooked. The other hostel was hideous! We had a rat in our room! Also I think the hotel is too expensive for what it really is. | |
