Really clean. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful (a first in our time in Italy). Breakfast basic but good. A little far from city centre, but close to a metro station, so it wasn't a problem.

The only things about this hotel which I was pleased with were its cleanliness and the satellite TV in each room. The cleaning crew regularly made its rounds, and at a fairly predictable time. All but 1 or 2 channels are in Italian, but I guess that is to be expected.

Very near the metro line, so despite its distance from city centre everything was still easily accessible
