There is free wifi, not a voucher you have to pay for. The room we stayed in had a balcony. The rooms and bathroom were clean.

The location was pretty good (near the train station) and the 2nd floor (away from reception and the terrible staff) is actually not that bad.

Nothing, except for the roomies who were quite nice people. Considered clean, it all depends on the people you stay with.
