The location was good, close to sights, the bathroom was dirty we were offered to use the other bathroom which was clean, the staff tried to clean the bathroom so they were helpful. the room was not cleaned everyday and we were there for 4 days. for the same price we were told about nicer places to stay. | |

The only thing I liked was the location as I had a conference in Conveto della Calza, so this was a convenient place to stay and get to the conference center in 10 minutes. Other than that, I would say that I have gotten much better deals for the same amount of money in some other hostels | |

I have been there two times, the first in 2008 was a amazing, the place was very beautiful and romantic and we pay a good value for money. In the second time in 2009 they change the staff and did a lot of "improvements" but this hasn't reflected in a good service. A lot of problems happened with the room and bathroom and we need to change the room without having any help. The staff wasn`t helpfull in many others situations. | |
