Lovely and friendly staff, very welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and a very good size, breakfast (cakes, jam, bread, juice and tea and coffee making facilities) and water was provided at no extra cost in our rooms every day. Would happily stay here again if returning to Florence =)

The Soggiorno Madrid made our stay in Florence absolutely amazing. They did everything they possibly could to accommodate us and the facilities were wonderful. The best hotel we've stayed at in a while. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Florence.
