Great location perfect for exploring the old city, loved the rooftop views and being right in the middle of all the history. The individual/double rooms looked beautiful, the dorm rooms were a little less nicely decorated but were perfectly adequate, though the absence of good airconditioning (in the girl's dorm - I don't know about the other rooms) could become a problem later in the summer. But overall such a lovely place to stay, that I wouldn't let that put you off.
