The atmosphere on the terrace was great. Although the law doesn't allow alcohol there, the staff was very reasonable about allowing it.

Good: 1 block away from the metro station "Gare de Lyon, " friendly staffs, and the place was surrounded by many restaurants. Bad: the entire floor was sharing 1 bathroom and it was dirty! you have to pay for internet, linen & towel. There was no A/C (lucky it was cool when I was there). People were so loud at night. There was only 1 key per room (so 4 people have to share 1 key which is really inconvenient).
