Soggiorno Prestipino is located in a historical building in the centre of the beautiful city of Florence, near to the Santa Maria Novella railway station and to all the major sites of interest of the city, like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, which are all situated a walking distance away.

You will stay in clean rooms with shared facilities provided with TV, fans and you have also free towels and sheets.

All our rooms have the shared bathroom outside the rooms, very comfortable and clean and you can use it without any problems.

In this Property we have dorms for 4 people and 3 people that can be for female only and mix dorm, so you can imagine how young is our atmosphere We have single, double, double with twin beds, triple, quadruple these rooms are all with shared bathrooms but very clean and large.

Check-in:
Our reception is opened from 2.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m., and in case of arrival at the Property after 8.00 p.m. without any notice from you, the Property will charge you EUR 10, 00 on your booking for the day itself.

Check-out:
from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

When bookings arrive in our Property we write directly to the client because we want to be advised about your arrival time by our Property, and we are very happy to answer at all the requests of the client.

If the client ask for reservations of the tickets for Uffizi and Academy Gallery, we can do this service and you can go there without making any line.

Free various city maps at check-in and tour maps around Florence centre and we are pleased to give you so much information you asked, about all the activities and what you can visit and do in Florence.

We have in our Property WI-FI access, so if you have your own computer you can use it!

We have laundry service that you can use without any problems.

For the check-out:
We accept most of the credit cards and mainly: VISA, MASTERCARD and Diners Club International and it necessary to do the payment and check-out the rooms within 10.30 a.m.

Cancellation policy: at least 48 hours before your arrival.

We do not have any laundry service but in this area there are a lot of laundry places around the corner and in the same street of our Property.
