Our hotel is located a 100 steps away from the Leidseplein, the busiest and most popular square of Amsterdam, where you can choose among all kinds of clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

We offer a 24 hour reception, safes free of charge. All rooms offer private WC / shower and TV. Within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes you can reach the Van Gogh and the Rijksmuseum, the Heineken brewery, the Vondelpark and the Red light area.

Please note that the hotel has a main building and a dependence, both located on the Leidsegracht 111 and Leidsgracht 117 a few steps away form each other. The rooms will be assigned between the two buildings upon availability.

For our own guarantee we take an authorization for all reservations with an arrival within coming 14 days.
This because of a no show or a cancellation besides the cancellation policy (48 hours before arrival), we will be able to charge the first night.
Otherwise we have the permission to cancel your reservation, even if a deposit is paid.
